Is anyone having trouble with Skype? When trying to log on it says we didn't recognize your sign in details? I find it odd.

Nope, but I have problems with people posting things on the wrong boards, and especially with people who change their screen name more often than most people change their underwear.

No.
Have you updated it to the current version?

No problems at all on this end. In fact I'm logged in there now.

No problems on my end, aside from Skype not actually ringing when contacting persons who are set to "away". And Imp, you seem have a problem with ... well a great many things, actually. So what's one more?

Its a Microsoft product, so uses your account.
You can sign in with just your Skype account if you choose, but the Microsoft account gives you the best experience.

You can actually merge your Skype account with your Microsoft account. That should make things a bit more to your liking. At least, you use to be able to merge them. I don't know if they've taken away that feature by now.

Now when you use your Microsoft account, it does it for you. That is why I say you get more benefits signing in that way.

I should add. If you have Facebook, you can sign in to Skype with that too.

I thought they discontinued facebook support some time ago.

No. Now, I can't tell you how it is suppose to work, but when I'm on Facebook, I can see my contacts because I've got Skype connected.
My contacts are all boring, and mainly don't use the Skype, but it seems to work.
Log out then you'll find the place that says sign in with Facebook.
In my Skype, I can see contacts that probably use Microsoft Office.
On my iPhone, I got a few contacts added too. Kind of interesting.

If you get that error message, it generally means you forgot your username or password. Signing in through a different platform wouldn't mygrate your contacts.
